About Me
- The Schnepper's
- My husband Michael and I have been married for five years. We have a beautiful daughter Macie. She is the light of our life. Macie was born with cardiomyopathy and at four months of age she received a heart transplant. We set up this web site to promote the importance of organ and tissue donation.

Thanks for posting on my blog! It's always SO wonderful to hear about other families who have gone through what we have. It's encouraging to see our kiddos thriving, isn't it? Were you able to keep a blog while you were going through the "ordeal"? I would love to read more about your experience!
